Affiliate Terms
and Conditions

1. Enrollment and acceptance

Affiliate must submit complete, accurate and current application, ownership, traffic-source, payment and verification information.

Approval is discretionary. Fortune Fox may approve, reject, condition, suspend or request additional information about an application or traffic source.

The Agreement starts when Fortune Fox approves the Affiliate and the Affiliate accepts these terms through the application or Program interface.

Affiliate must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and, if acting for an entity, authorized to bind that entity.

2. Approved promotion and market compliance

Affiliate may promote Fortune Fox only through domains, accounts, channels, creatives and markets approved by Fortune Fox in writing. Approval of an Affiliate does not itself approve every campaign, channel, claim or jurisdiction.

Affiliate bears sole responsibility for determining whether its promotion is lawful in each location where content is created, published, distributed, received or targeted. Fortune Fox approval is not legal advice or a representation that the promotion is lawful.

Affiliate must comply with applicable advertising, gambling, consumer-protection, privacy, sanctions, anti-spam, platform, endorsement-disclosure and age-restriction requirements.

Affiliate must not target minors, self-excluded persons, restricted persons or audiences in a market that Fortune Fox has not approved in writing.

Affiliate must not state or imply that Fortune Fox is licensed, regulated, legal in a particular market, endorsed by a regulator or available to a particular person unless Fortune Fox supplied or approved that exact claim in writing.

Affiliate must include clear responsible-gambling and material-connection disclosures where required and must not frame gambling as an investment, income source or guaranteed way to win.

3. Marketing standards and prohibited conduct

Affiliate must use only current, approved tracking links and marketing materials unless Fortune Fox gives prior written approval for a custom campaign. Affiliate must not:

• Use false, misleading, unsubstantiated or guaranteed-win claims, including unsupported payout-speed, bonus, RTP, licensing or security claims.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, use deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, malware, bots, forced clicks, hidden frames or artificial attribution methods.
• Bid on, register, purchase or use Fortune Fox trademarks, misspellings, domains, handles, app names or branded keywords without prior written approval.
• Offer cashback, rebates, incentives or side payments funded from Affiliate commission without prior written approval.
• Copy the Fortune Fox site, impersonate Fortune Fox or create the impression that an Affiliate-controlled property is operated by Fortune Fox.
• Promote through unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, infringing or minor-directed content.

4. Tracking, attribution and Qualified FTDs

Fortune Fox will provide tracking links or identifiers. Attribution depends on those tools being implemented correctly and received by our systems. Fortune Fox is not responsible for untracked referrals caused by missing, altered, blocked or incorrectly implemented tracking.

A Qualified FTD is a unique new player who meets all of the following requirements:

• Originates from an approved market and approved Affiliate traffic source.
• Registers through the Affiliate's valid tracking link or identifier.
• Successfully completes required identity, age, location, payment and account checks.
• Makes a qualifying first real-money deposit and satisfies any published settled-wager requirement.
• Is not fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, related-party, collusive, incentive-abusive, chargeback-driven or otherwise excluded under this Agreement or the player terms.

5. Revenue-share commission

5.1 Standard Fast Start 2026. Approved participating Affiliates earn up to 40% of Commissionable NGR generated from September 1 through December 31, 2026, subject to this Agreement, traffic-quality review, approved markets and any written partner-specific terms.

5.2 Ongoing monthly tiers. Beginning January 1, 2027, the Affiliate's monthly revenue-share rate is based on Qualified FTDs credited during that calendar month. The achieved rate applies to all Commissionable NGR for that month.

6. Commissionable NGR

Commissionable NGR = Total Deposits − (Total Withdrawals + Chargebacks + Payment Processor Fees).

The formula is applied to activity attributable to the Affiliate's referred players. Chargebacks are deducted in the commission period in which Fortune Fox receives the chargeback, not the period of the original deposit.

Negative monthly balances reset to zero and do not carry forward. Written partner-specific terms control if they expressly modify the standard calculation.

7. Payment schedule and verification

An approved Affiliate may elect weekly September commission availability. Each September commission week ends Friday at 23:59 UTC, and the resulting eligible commission will be available for withdrawal from the Affiliate account no later than the following Wednesday.

Beginning with October 2026 activity, commissions are calculated monthly and made available for withdrawal from the Affiliate account no later than the 15th day of the following month. If that date is not a processing day, the commission will be made available on the next practicable processing day, subject to verification requirements.

The minimum payment is USD 100 or its equivalent in the Program's reporting currency, measured before the Bitcoin network fee. Amounts below the minimum roll forward until the minimum is reached.

Withdrawals are paid in Bitcoin to the verified wallet supplied by the Affiliate. Any applicable conversion rate and Bitcoin network fee will be displayed in the Affiliate account before the Affiliate confirms the withdrawal.

Affiliate must complete requested identity, business, tax, sanctions, wallet, banking or payment verification before settlement. Fortune Fox is not responsible for delay or loss caused by inaccurate instructions, incompatible networks, wallet restrictions, third-party outages or incomplete verification.

Fortune Fox may correct demonstrable overpayments, underpayments, duplicate credits, fraud adjustments and chargeback entries in a later statement after providing a reasonable explanation.

8. No negative carryover

Ordinary negative Commissionable NGR at the end of a calendar month resets to zero and does not reduce the next month's Commissionable NGR. This does not prevent correction of a payment error, duplicate payment, fraud or another amount that was not validly earned.

9. Fraud, invalid traffic and review

Fortune Fox may review traffic, player activity, attribution and commissions for fraud, manipulation, abuse, sanctions risk or material Agreement violations. During a reasonable investigation, affected commissions may be withheld. Invalid activity may be excluded, and payments attributable to invalid activity may be reversed or set off against future valid commissions to the extent permitted by law.

Affiliate must reasonably cooperate with an investigation and preserve relevant campaign, traffic-source, placement, consent and disclosure records.

10. Reporting and disputes

Affiliate will receive access to available Program reporting. Reports may be updated as transactions settle, chargebacks are received or errors are corrected. Affiliate must notify affiliate@fortunefox.casino of a commission dispute within 60 calendar days after the applicable statement or payment and provide enough detail for review. A statement or payment is deemed accepted if no dispute is received within that period.

11. Intellectual property and materials

Subject to this Agreement, Fortune Fox grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved Fortune Fox names, logos, links and creative materials solely for approved Program promotion. No ownership transfers. Affiliate must stop using those materials when approval ends or upon request.

12. Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect non-public commercial, technical, financial, player, payment and Program information received from the other and use it only to perform this Agreement. Affiliate must not access or attempt to identify player information beyond authorized Program reporting.

Affiliate is independently responsible for lawful collection and use of its audience and marketing data, including notices, consent, security, retention and data-subject rights.

13. Term and termination

Either party may terminate without cause on 30 days' written notice.

Fortune Fox may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, unlawful promotion, material breach, sanctions risk, harm to players or material brand or reputation risk. Commissions attributable to affected activity are forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination, Affiliate must stop promotion and remove Fortune Fox materials. If the Affiliate was compliant and not terminated for cause, revenue share on existing valid referred players continues for six months after the effective termination date. Fortune Fox may agree to a longer period in writing. Continuing and accrued commissions remain subject to final reconciliation, the USD 100 minimum and verification requirements.

Payment reconciliation, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and accrued-rights provisions survive termination to the extent their nature requires.

14. Independent contractors

The parties are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary duty, franchise or joint venture. Affiliate has no authority to bind Fortune Fox, accept wagers, make commitments or provide representations on Fortune Fox's behalf.

15. Warranties, disclaimers and responsible promotion

Each party represents that it has authority to enter this Agreement. Affiliate additionally represents that its promotion, content, traffic acquisition and data practices comply with this Agreement and applicable law.

Except for express written commitments in this Agreement, the Program, tracking, reporting, links, creative materials and casino services are provided as available. Fortune Fox does not guarantee traffic, player conversion, revenue, uninterrupted service, particular game availability or any level of Affiliate earnings.

16. Indemnity and limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law, Affiliate will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fortune Fox and its service providers, personnel and affiliates from third-party claims, penalties, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from Affiliate's unlawful or unauthorized promotion, breach of this Agreement, infringement, data practices or misleading statements.

17. Changes, notices and Program communications

Fortune Fox may update this Agreement or Program terms by posting or providing written notice. A material change to commission calculation or payment timing should be communicated before it applies, except where immediate change is reasonably required by law, security, fraud prevention, sanctions, payment-provider requirements or player protection.

Affiliate notices, including formal notices under this Agreement, must be sent to Clayton F., Partnership Manager, at affiliate@fortunefox.casino and are effective when received. Operator notices may be sent to the email or Program account associated with the Affiliate.

18. General and electronic acceptance

This Agreement, the approved commission plan, the application and any signed partner-specific addendum constitute the entire agreement concerning the Program.

A signed partner-specific addendum controls over conflicting standard terms; otherwise, these terms control over marketing copy.

Affiliate may not assign this Agreement or transfer an account without prior written consent. Fortune Fox may assign the Agreement as part of a reorganization, sale or transfer of the Program, subject to applicable law.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated.

Electronic submission, click acceptance and electronic records may evidence acceptance and notices to the extent permitted by law.
